2 Rows of buttons in Avid Xpress Pro

The Avid settings file (.avs) that can be downloaded here, can be opened in Avid Xpress Pro (all versions) and will add a second row of buttions. This is a workaround based on a loophole in the configuration tool. This is not supported by Avid or anyone else for that matter. It just works.

Late breaking discovery... The Composer settings file no longer works in Xpress Pro 4.8 on Mac OSX Tiger. This loophole has been closed in this version.

1. Make settings pane active in Project Window
2. Go to FILE and "open settings file"
3. Open the attached .AVS file
4. Drag the Composer setting to the Settings pane
5. Make it active
